And for in between, there's the coffee house: coffee, homemade cake and ice cream, in the afternoon out on the terrace too. After an active day there's no need to hurry - you choose what you fancy and stay seated as long as you like.
On warm evenings, the terrace right by the lake is the loveliest spot in the house. A view of the water, a good glass of wine, none of the noise of a packed dining hall.
And if your dog is with you, they simply lie beside you - at dinner too. Here, dogs belong with you, not on the sidelines.
